The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an anti-floating anchor cable for a building. The anti-floating anchor cable for the building comprises a pluralityof unbonded steel strands, a plurality of sections of bearing body assemblies are sequentially arranged, and each section of bearing body assembly comprises a bearing plate and a guide support, and the front end of each unbonded steel strand is fixedly connected to each section of bearing plate through the extrusion of an extrusion sleeve/spring. According to the anti-floating anchor cable for the building, the multiple sections of bearing plates and the supports are connected and arranged at the front ends of the unbonded steel strands to form a pressure type anti-floating anchor rod, and itcan be guaranteed that concrete on the tensile edge of a component does not generate tensile stress; the problem of incomplete sediment treatment during drilling is solved through the guide supports,and the phenomenon that a bottom plate and a column beam crack due to the action shear force formed by floating of underground water and the gravity of the building is avoided by adopting the structural mode of the unbonded steel strands and the multiple sections of bearing bodies, and the problem that the design service life of the building cannot be met due to failure of anchoring pulling resistance caused by corrosion of an anti-floating anchor rod metal surface body in an underground environment all the year round is solved.
