The invention discloses an environment-friendly desilting, float cleaning and dredging device, and particularly relates to the field of desilting. The device comprises a base supporting type frame mechanism; a desilting mechanism is fixedly mounted at the top of the base supporting type frame mechanism through bolts; an overhead operating platform is fixedly mounted on one side of the desilting mechanism through bolts; a sewage discharging mechanism is fixedly mounted between the overhead operating platform and the base supporting type frame mechanism through bolts; the sewage discharging mechanism communicates with the desilting mechanism; and noise reduction mechanisms are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the bottom of the base supporting type frame mechanism. According to the device,the noise reduction mechanisms are arranged, magnet connecting disks are attached to positions requiring noise reduction when noise reduction treatment is performed on the desilting mechanism, one part of noises are conducted by substances, the multiple noise reduction mechanisms are arranged nearby noise source equipment in a surrounding manner, the effect of secondary noise reduction is achieved for air transmission of the other part of noise sources, the problem of noise pollution is improved relatively, and the desilting environment-friendliness is improved.
