The invention discloses a water energy overlying and pressure stabilizing device water supply system. The water energy overlying and pressure stabilizing device water supply system comprises a water source water energy pipe, an overlying and pressure stabilizing device and a main pump system connecting pipe. The overlying and pressure stabilizing device comprises a water energy measuring and adjusting device, an overlying pump, a backflow check device, a gate valve and other pipe devices. The water energy measuring and adjusting device, the overlying pump, the backflow check device, the gate valve and other pipe devices are connected with water inflow and outflow pipes and provided with cables. One end of the device is connected with the water source water energy pipe, and the other end ofthe device is connected with a main pump system pipe network. The cables on the device are connected with a main pump system self-control cabinet. According to the water energy overlying and pressurestabilizing device water supply system, leaking water of the main pump system pipe network can be replenished by fully utilizing water source water energy, and the stable pressure of the pipe networkis kept; when the water source water energy is insufficient, the water energy measuring and adjusting device on the device gives alarm information, and the overlying pump or the main pump system water supply pipe network is started; compared with conventional pressure stabilizing pump tank system water supply, air pressure tank equipment is not needed, and the space of a pump room is saved; and the system saves electricity and does not need to be maintained, and water supply is safe and environmentally friendly and saves energy.
