The invention relates to the technical field of water supply equipment, in particular to an eliminating device of a water outflow water hammer and a negative-pressure-free pump station. The eliminating device comprises a water inflow collecting pipe connected with municipal inflow and a water outflow collecting pipe connected with a user. The eliminating device comprises a compensator and a watersupply adjusting harmonic tank. A water inlet of the compensator is connected with the water outflow collecting pipe in order to adjust the pressure of water outflow water hammer impact generated in the water outflow collecting pipe. High-pressure water formed by mixing water and gas is stored in the water supply adjusting harmonic tank in advance, a water inlet of the water supply adjusting harmonic tank is connected with a water outlet of the compensator, and a water outlet of the water supply adjusting harmonic tank is connected to the water inflow collecting pipe and used for compensatingthe pressure of the water inflow collecting pipe when the water outflow water hammer occurs. The eliminating device has the beneficial effects that the water outflow water hammer of the negative-pressure-free pump station is effectively eliminated, then pipelines and equipment are protected, and economic losses are avoided.
