Due to the fact that a cutter is welded to the outer wall of the casing pipe, the cutter makes contact with a base plate when the drainage pipe slides rightwards by 10 cmalong the casing pipe, the sundries hung on the drainage pipe are in a shearing state at the moment, and therefore, the sundries connected to the drainage pipe in a sleeved mode can be automatically sheared and removed in the sealing process of the drainage pipe.
