The first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are mounted at the two work ends of the longitudinal moving modules correspondingly. The structures of the first clamping assembly and the second clamping assembly are consistent, the first clamping assembly comprises a supporting main plate, a compressing assembly, a bottom supporting assembly, a telescopic module and elastic assemblies, and the compressing assembly, the bottom supporting assembly and the telescopic module are all mounted on one side of the supporting main plate; the telescopic module is located between the compressing assembly and the bottom supporting assembly, and the multiple elastic assemblies are longitudinally arranged at the output end of the telescopic module. According to the technical scheme, the anchor plate can be mounted simply through operation of one person, manpower is greatly reduced, and the utilization rate of resources is increased.
