Fabricated wallboard connecting structure and assembling method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated wallboard connecting structure and an assembling method thereof. Wallboards can be quickly connected and are not affected by weather. According to the technical scheme, the structure is characterized by comprising a first wallboard and a second wallboard, a waterproof assembly is disposed between the first wallboard and the second wallboard, and a groove is formed in the inner wall of the first wallboard in the thickness direction; a supporting piece is arranged in the groove; and the end, opposite to the first wallboard, of the second wallboard is providedwith a pre-embedded sleeve. The structure further comprises a connecting rod penetrating through the first wallboard and the supporting piece from the inner wall of the groove. One end of the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the pre-embedded sleeve, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the supporting piece. Dry connection is utilized, so that influences of weather and climate are avoided, and the structure has the characteristics of being easy and convenient to install, quick to construct and the like. In the production process, the pre-embedded sleeve and the supporting piece can be embedded in the wallboards in a pre-embedded mode, so that connection between an upper wallboard and a lower wallboard or connection between a left wallboard and a right wallboard can be achieved, and field construction is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种装配式墙板连接结构及其装配方法,能快捷将墙板连接并达到不受天气影响的效果,其技术方案要点是,包括第一墙板和第二墙板,所述的第一墙板和第二墙板之间设有防水组件,所述的第一墙板内壁沿厚度方向设有凹槽,所述的凹槽内设有支撑件,所述的第二墙板与第一墙板相对的端部设有预埋套筒,还包括由凹槽内壁穿过第一墙板以及支撑件的连接杆,所述的连接杆一端与预埋套筒螺纹连接且另一端与支撑件连接,采用干式连接,不受天气及气候的影响,具有安装简单、方便、施工快捷等特点。生产过程中本预埋套筒以及支撑件均可以预埋在墙板内部,可以实现上下墙板之间的连接或左右墙板之间的连接,方便现场施工。
