Fabricated wallboard and assembling method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated wallboard and an assembly method thereof. The assembly method comprises the following steps: firstly, horizontally fixing an outer acanthus steel mold on a pouring platform; manufacturing a three-dimensional steel bar net rack by using steel wires; then, a steel bar net rack is placed in the outer acanthus steel mold; then concrete is poured into the outer acanthus steel mold; after the cured outer acanthus is turned over by 180 degrees, the outer acanthus is put into an inner acanthus steel mold, the height of the inner acanthus steel mold is smaller than the height of the steel bar net rack at the moment, concrete is poured into the inner acanthus steel mold, and after pouring is completed, curing is conducted till demolding is conducted; assembling the wallboards and the building main body, and connecting the wallboards and the building main body through steel bars; and concrete is poured to fill the reserved space of the wall body, and vibration and tamping are conducted in the pouring process till the concrete is consistent with the wall body in height. The structural design that the cavity is reserved between the wall bodies is adopted, so that the mass of the wall bodies is reduced, and the workload of equipment and operators is effectively reduced in the transportation and hoisting processes.
本发明公开一种装配式墙板及其装配方法,其装配方法步骤为:先将外叶板钢模具水平固定在浇注平台上;再用钢线材制立体的钢筋网架;之后将钢筋网架放置于外叶板钢模具内;然后将混凝土浇注在外叶板钢模具内;接着将养护完毕的外叶板翻转180度后,放入内叶板钢模具内,内叶板钢模具的高度小于此时钢筋网架的高度,将混凝土浇注在内叶板钢模具之中,浇注完毕后养护至至脱模即可;将墙板与建筑主体进行装配,并通过钢筋连接;将混凝土浇注填满墙体预留的空间,并在浇注过程中震动捣实,直至与墙体高度一致即可。本发明通过采用墙体之间留有空腔结构设计,由此减轻了墙体的质量,在运输和吊装过程中均有效降低了设备和操作人员的工作负担。
