A grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body and further comprises a connecting assembly. The sleeve body is configured to contain prefabricated steel bars and reserved steel bars so that the prefabricated steel bars and the reserved steel bars can go deep into the sleeve body relatively. The connecting assembly is configured to connect the prefabricated steel bars with the reserved steel bars. The connecting assembly comprises steel wires, a top end fixing part, a bottom end fixing part and a pull wire, wherein the number of the steel wires is at least four within a range from four to eight, thetop end fixing part and the bottom end fixing part are both circular and are configured to fix the two ends of the steel wires, the top end fixing part and the bottom end fixing part at a coaxial state serve as the basis for installation of the steel wires, an included angle between longitudinal straight lines of the fixed points of the steel wires and the top end fixing part and the bottom end fixing part at the coaxial state is an acute angle of 15-30 degrees, and the fixed points of the steel wires and the top end fixing part and the bottom end fixing part are evenly distributed at intervals. The grouting sleeve can effectively improve the structural strength.
