The invention relates to a fabricated concrete truss building structure reinforcing device. The device comprises two side supporting plates, positioning plates, top extension supporting plates, splicing plates and positioning mechanisms. The front and rear ends of the inner side face of each side supporting plate are each vertically provided with one positioning plate, the upper ends of the positioning plates are connected with the side faces of the side supporting plates, the inner end of each positioning plate is provided with one top extension supporting plate, one splicing plate is connected between every two top extension supporting plates adjacent to each other left and right, and the inner side face of the upper end of each side supporting plate is provided with one positioning mechanism. The device can solve the problems that when an existing concrete frame is built, the concrete frame cannot be positioned and arranged with a truss as a reference, the deviation of a truss supporting platform relative to the truss is caused, the construction effect of the supporting platform is poor, and when concrete is poured at the lower end of the soil solidification truss, a gap is likely to exist between the upper end of the truss and a main body structure of a building, and accordingly the supporting effect of the truss is poor.
