The fabricated composite truss reinforcing structure comprises a bearing plate and a cross beam, the bearing plate is installed on the lower surface of a wet joint of the composite beam bridge through high-strength bolts, and the cross beam is installed on the bottom face of an adjacent main beam of the composite beam bridge through a connecting bottom plate and the high-strength bolts. The sliding plate transversely slides in the bearing plate, two inclined supporting rods are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the sleeve, the upper ends and the lower ends of the inclined supporting rods are connected with the sliding plate and the cross beam through high-strength bolts correspondingly, and the sleeve is connected with the inclined supporting rods through threaded connecting rods, so that the cooperative stress performance of an original combined beam bridge is enhanced; the problem of poor transverse connection is solved, the integrity of an original structure is improved, the transverse connection and stress state of the composite beam bridge can be effectively improved, all main beams of the composite beam bridge tend to be stressed cooperatively, and the integrity and the bearing capacity are improved.
