The invention discloses a louver structure and a louver system. The louver structure comprises a frame, a first sand blocking plate mechanism and a second sand blocking plate mechanism, wherein the frame comprises an air inlet end face and an air outlet end face at two ends in the thickness direction; the first sand blocking plate mechanism is arranged on the air inlet end face and comprises a plurality of first sand blocking plates which are arranged at equal intervals; the second sand blocking plate mechanism is arranged on the air outlet end face and comprises a plurality of second sand blocking plates which are arranged at equal intervals; the first sand blocking plates and the second sand blocking plates are alternately arranged in a staggered mode and used for blocking atmospheric dust particles and water drops. By arranging the first sand blocking plate mechanism at the air inlet end face and arranging the second sand blocking plate mechanism on the air outlet end face, the first sand blocking plate mechanism is provided with the plurality of first sand blocking plates at equal intervals, the second sand blocking plate mechanism is provided with the plurality of second sandblocking plates at equal intervals, and the first sand blocking plates and the second sand blocking plates are alternately arranged in a staggered mode. When air enters a room through the louver structure, the air flow speed is blocked and reduced, dust particles and water drops are settled and separated, and the air is prevented from entering the room.
