A screw rod (5) is fixed by an inner ring (6) and is inserted into the rod body. The length of the screw rod (5) is larger than that of the anchoring sleeve (2), and a stretching part of the screw rod (5) is spirally fixed to the threaded insert (7). An electric heating wire (4) capable of being powered on to generate heat is arranged in the anchoring rod body (3), and the space between the electric heating wire (4) and the anchoring rod body (3) is filled with insulation filler (12).
