3D printing device for printing spherical surface and printing method
The invention discloses a 3D printing device for printing a spherical surface. The 3D printing device comprises a printing head, a mechanical arm and a rotating base; the mechanical arm is arranged onthe rotating base; the printing head is arranged at the end part of the mechanical arm; and the printing head can rotate around the rotating base. The 3D printing device further comprises a scraper arranged on the printing head, the scraper is located on the downstream side of the moving direction of the printing head, at least one part of the scraper is lower than the position of the printing head, the lower edge of the scraper forms a spherical shape when rotating around the rotating base, the radius of rotating of the lowest point of the scraper around the rotating base is equal to the maximum rotating radius of a discharge port of the printing head, and the moving path of the scraper and the printing path of the discharge port are at least partially overlapped. The invention also relates to a printing method. According to the 3D printing device and the printing method, block printing of a dome structure with the same spherical radius and different section body radii can be finished by only one printing head without using a template, thereby expanding the application of 3D printing to a spherical structure.
