The invention provides a lunar surface structure printing device and a printing method thereof.The printing device comprises a plurality of printing mechanisms, each printing mechanism comprises a collecting assembly arranged on the lunar surface and used for collecting lunar soil powder, and the end, away from the lunar surface, of each collecting assembly is connected with a conveying assembly; a spraying assembly internally provided with a first cavity is arranged at the end, away from the collecting assembly, of the conveying assembly, a first driving assembly for driving the conveying assembly to convey the lunar soil powder into the first cavity is arranged on the conveying assembly, and a first opening is formed in the end, away from the conveying assembly, of the spraying assembly; a heating assembly used for heating and melting lunar soil powder is arranged outside the spraying assembly, and lunar soil melt obtained through heating flows out of the first opening; the conveying assembly is driven by the first driving assembly to convey lunar soil powder collected by the collecting assembly to the spraying assembly, then the lunar soil powder is melted through the heating assembly to obtain lunar soil melt, and a structure can be built; the structure is constructed in situ on the lunar surface, materials are used from the lunar surface, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
