The invention relates to a prefabricated floor slab mold and a floor slab. The prefabricated floor slab mold comprises a bench mold, an end mold arranged on the bench mold and an unfilled corner moldconnected to the end of the end mold; the end mold is arranged on the outermost ring of a pouring area on the bench mold; the unfilled corner mold comprises at least two single mold plates, and the single mold plates are rotationally connected to the end mold closest to the single mold plates; angle connecting pieces are arranged at the connecting included angles between the adjacent end molds, the connecting included angles between the end molds and the single mold plates and the connecting included angles between the adjacent single mold plates for connection, the angle connecting pieces areconnected to the outer sides of the connecting included angles in a clamped mode, vertically-upward clamping plates are connected to the outer sides of the end molds and the outer sides of the unfilled corner molds, and clamping grooves with upward openings are formed between the clamping plates and the end mold and between the clamping plates and the unfilled corner mold respectively, and the corner connecting pieces are clamped in the clamping grooves in the connecting included angles. The mold is simple in structure, convenient to mount and dismount and capable of meeting the machining requirements of prefabricated floor slabs with irregular shapes or unfilled corners.
