Inverted prefabricated floor slab
The invention provides an inverted prefabricated floor slab. The inverted prefabricated floor slab comprises a coating layer, a putty layer, a prefabricated heat preservation and sound insulation layer, a prefabricated composite floor slab layer, a cast-in-place concrete floor slab layer, a fine aggregate concrete leveling layer and a ground facing layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. A conventional floor heat preservation and sound insulation layer is adjusted to the lower layer of the laminated plate from the surface layer, after the heat preservation and sound insulation layer and the prefabricated laminated plate made of the UHPC material are integrated, the prefabricated finished product is transported to the site to be hoisted, and the whole structure is formed after floor structure concrete is poured on the upper portion. The heat preservation and sound insulation layer is inversely arranged between the UHPC prefabricated laminated slab and the structural cast-in-place layer; the quality problems of floor cracking, hollowing and the like caused by the fact that a large number of heat preservation and sound insulation layers are used on the upper portion of a floor at present are solved.
本发明提供了一种倒置式预制楼板，包括：由下至上依次设置的涂料层、腻子层、预制保温隔声层、预制叠合楼板层、现浇混凝土楼板层、细石混凝土找平层和地面饰面层。本发明通过将常规楼面保温隔声层由面层调到叠合板下层，在将保温隔声层与采用UHPC材料制作的预制叠合板集成后，再将该预制成品运输至现场进行吊装，在上部浇筑楼层结构混凝土后形成结构整体，其保温隔声层倒置于UHPC预制叠合板和结构现浇层之间；降低了目前大量使用的保温隔声层在楼面上部的做法造成的楼面开裂、空鼓等质量问题。
