The invention relates to a glass fiber composite material winding machine and a production and installation process. The glass fiber composite material winding machine includes a central shaft, a material table, a sliding track, a winding frame, supporting wheels, a slewing support bearing, a driving device, a supporting frame, a mold and a supporting connecting ring. Through specific settings ofeach component and specific improvements of the construction process, the central shaft and mold do not rotate during the production process, and the material table, the sliding track and the windingframe rotate, so that the mold and the driving device can be connected and separated, and the removable performance of the whole machine can be realized; therefore, the machine can be used for construction inside a chimney, and the glass fiber reinforced plastics tube finished product is not required to be constructed completely outside the chimney and then hoisted and assembled in the chimney; and therefore, the cost of manpower and material resources is greatly reduced.
