Steel bar binding machine, winding drum and installation method
The invention relates to a rebar binding machine, a reel and a mounting method, and discloses a technology capable of detecting the type of the reel while reducing the number of photoelectric interrupters and a technology capable of easily adjusting the position of the reel when the reel is mounted on a reel mounting part. The reinforcing steel bar binding machine comprises: a winding drum comprising a winding shaft and a steel wire wound around the winding shaft; a reel mounting part for rotatably mounting the reel; the feeding part is used for feeding the steel wire wound on the reel to the periphery of the reinforcing steel bar; a twisting part which is used for twisting the steel wires around the reinforcing steel bar; a type detection unit for detecting the type of the reel; and a support unit for supporting the spool mounting unit, the feeding unit, the twisting unit, and the type detection unit. The type detection portion includes a movable member that is movable with respect to the support portion. When the spool is not attached to the spool attachment portion, the movable member is disposed at the initial position. When the reel is mounted on the reel mounting portion, the movable member is disposed at a mounting position corresponding to the type of the reel.
