The invention discloses a method for producing sulphoaluminate cement clinker by a novel dry kiln, and relates to the technical field of building material preparation, and the method comprises the following steps: S100, uniformly mixing raw materials limestone, gypsum and bauxite to obtain a mixed raw material; S200, grinding the mixed raw materials into fine powder; and S300, homogenizing the fine powder, calcining the homogenized fine powder in a pre-decomposition kiln outside the kiln, taking the calcined fine powder out of the kiln, and quenching to obtain the sulphoaluminate clinker. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the productivity can be effectively increased, and the daily yield of 2500t can be achieved; (2) the cement clinker produced by the method is more stable; and (3) the energy consumption of the produced cement clinker in unit time can be reduced, and the energy consumption cost of enterprises is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型干法窑生产硫铝酸盐熟料的方法,涉及建筑材料制备技术领域,包括以下步骤:S100、将原料石灰石、石膏、铝矾土混合均匀以得到混合原料;S200、将所述混合原料研磨为细粉;S300、将所述细粉均化后入窑外预分解窑煅烧,出窑急冷,即得到硫铝酸盐熟料。本发明的方法相比于现有技术可以实现有效扩大产能,可以达到日产2500t的产量;(2)本发明的方法生产的水泥熟料更加稳定;(3)本发明的方法能够实现生产的水泥熟料的单位时间的能耗降低,减少企业能耗成本。
