According to the method, a construction waste recycled brick is prepared by mixing construction waste, basalt gravel, an inorganic binder, an auxiliary agent and an organic binder; a formula system is reasonable; the prepared construction waste recycled brick is good in compactness, high in hardness and free of cracks, and can meet construction requirements; and the construction waste used in the method comprises one or a mixture of more selected from agroup consisting of waste concrete, waste mortar and waste brick residues. The method is low in requirements on the construction waste, any construction waste can be used for manufacturing the construction waste recycled brick, and the process of manual selection is reduced. According to the method, the auxiliary agent and the organic binder are contained, and the construction waste, the basalt gravel and the inorganic binder powder can be uniformly stirred and adhered to the auxiliary agent, so the auxiliary agent and the organic binder are completely volatilized in the firing process, and the construction waste recycled brick with good compactness and uniform pores is obtained.
