The invention discloses an artificial fish reef based on solid waste and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that the solid waste, water and a curing additive aremixed and stirred, the curing additive comprises a culture solution, potassium sulfate, urea, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate, and the culture solution comprises molasses, sodium stannate, ammonium chloride, calcium carbonate and borax; adding cement into the stirred mixture, mixing and stirring; adding aggregate, mixing and stirring to obtain concrete;the artificial fish reef body is prepared from concrete. The artificial fish reef disclosed by the invention is processed by taking solid wastes as base materials; resource reuse is realized, and thecost of the artificial fish reef is reduced; the curing additive enhances the cement characteristics, greatly reduces the cement consumption, lowers the cost, enhances the curing strength and corrosion resistance of the artificial fish reef, prolongs the service life of the artificial fish reef, can eliminate the dissolution of calcium hydroxide from cement and other materials, and avoids polluting the seabed environment, thereby being easier for seaweed attachment, having high marine ranch forming speed, and having popularization prospects.
本发明公开一种基于固废物的人工鱼礁及其制备方法,其包括步骤:将固废物、水和固化添加剂混合搅拌,固化添加剂组分包括培养液,硫酸钾,尿素,氯化镁,氯化钠,氯化钙和碳酸氢钠,培养液组分包括糖蜜,锡酸钠,氯化铵,碳酸钙和硼砂;向搅拌混合物中加入水泥混合搅拌;加入骨料混合搅拌制得混凝土;利用混凝土制备人工鱼礁体。本发明人工鱼礁利用固废物作为基材加工而成,实现资源再利用,降低了人工鱼礁成本,固化添加剂增强了水泥特性同时大大减少水泥用量,降低成本,提升人工鱼礁的固化强度和耐腐蚀性,延长了其使用寿命,并且能够消除水泥等材料溶出氢氧化钙,避免污染海底环境,因而更易于海藻附着,海洋牧场成型速度快,具备推广前景。
