Self-insulation high-strength environment-friendly concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-insulation high-strength environment-friendly concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 250 parts of cement, 50 to 100parts of mineral powder, 55 to 65 parts of fine sand, 30 to 40 parts of fly ash, 15 to 25 parts of improved styrene resin, 10 to 20 parts of activated bentonite, 5 to 15 parts of an interface agent,4 to 10 parts of a water reducing agent and 180 to 200 parts of deionized water. The cement is used as a matrix, the mineral powder, the fine sand and the fly ash are added as inorganic ingredients, and the mineral powder, the fine sand and the fly ash have small particle sizes and contain various active media, so that the mineral powder and the fly ash can be matched with the cement matrix, and the strength performance of the concrete is enhanced; the styrene resin is adopted in resin selection, on one hand, the comprehensive performance of the styrene resin is good; and on the other hand, after foaming of the foaming agent, a foaming body can be introduced into concrete, so that the heat loss is reduced, and the self-heat-preservation performance is achieved.
本发明公开了一种自保温高强度环保混凝土,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥200‑250份、矿粉50‑100份、细沙55‑65份、粉煤灰30‑40份、改良苯乙烯树脂15‑25份、活性膨润土10‑20份、界面剂5‑15份、减水剂4‑10份和去离子水180‑200份。本发明以水泥作为基体,加入矿粉、细沙、粉煤灰作为无机配料,矿粉、细沙、粉煤灰由于本身粒度小,同时矿粉、粉煤灰中含有多种活性介质,能够与水泥基体互配,增强混凝土的强度性能;本发明在树脂的选料中采用苯乙烯树脂,一方面是由于苯乙烯树脂综合性能较好,另一方面经过发泡剂发泡后,可以为混凝土引入发泡体,从而降低热量损失,达到自保温性能。
