The proportions comprise that S1, the self-insulation high-strength environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 to 150 parts of cement, 5 to 30 parts of foaming agent, 5 to 15 parts of fly ash, 8 to 25 parts of stone powder, 50 to 150 parts of recycled aggregate and 50 to 150 parts of water; and S2, the self-insulation high-strength environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 to 150 parts of cement, 5 to 30 parts of a foaming agent, 5 to 15 parts of fly ash, 8 to 25 parts of stone powder, 50 to 100 parts of coal gangue and 50 to 150 parts of water. The product disclosed by the invention has relatively high heat-preservation, heat-insulation and sound-insulation performance; and field construction is facilitated, and environmental pollution and fire-fighting hidden dangers are avoided.
