High-toughness ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides high-toughness ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-toughness ultra-high performance concrete comprises cementing materials including 550-700kg/m<3> of cement, 100-150kg/m<3> of silica fume and 450-650kg/m<3> of mineral powder; a nano filler, namely 130-160kg/m<3> of limestone powder; 400-500kg/m<3> of fine aggregate; 10-25kg/m<3> of modified ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber; and a water reducing agent accounting for 0.8-1.5wt% of the content of the cementing materials, wherein the water-binder ratio of the mixture formed by the components is maintained to be 0.15-0.20, and the compressive strength is greater than or equal to 100MPa. The diameter of the modified UHMWPE fiber is 10-40 [mu]m, the length of themodified UHMWPE fiber is 12-20mm, and the tensile strength of the modified UHMWPE fiber is 2000-3500MPa. According to the invention, a silane coupling agent is used to carry out modification treatment on the surface of the UHMWPE fiber, and by improving the interface bonding strength between the fiber and the matrix, the toughness characteristic of UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) is obviously enhanced, the width of cracks in the concrete cracking process is effectively controlled, the initial cracking stress and tensile strength of the concrete are improved, and the effects of strain hardening, multi-crack cracking and crack refinement are better achieved.
本发明提供了一种高韧性超高性能混凝土及其制备方法。高韧性超高性能混凝土包括:胶凝材料:水泥550~700kg/m3、硅灰100~150kg/m3和矿粉450~650kg/m3;纳米填料:石灰石粉130~160kg/m3;细骨料:400~500kg/m3;改性超高分子量聚乙烯(Ultra‑high Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber,UHMWPE)纤维:10~25kg/m3;减水剂:含量为胶凝材料的0.8~1.5wt%;保持上述各组分形成的拌合物的水胶比为0.15~0.20,抗压强度≥100MPa。改性UHMWPE纤维直径为10~40μm,长度为12~20mm,抗拉强度为2000~3500MPa。本发明使用硅烷偶联剂对UHMWPE纤维表面进行了改性处理,通过提高纤维与基体间的界面粘结强度,明显增强了超高性能混凝土(Ultra‑high Performance Concrete,UHPC)的韧性特征,有效控制了混凝土开裂过程中裂缝的宽度,提高了混凝土的初裂应力和抗拉强度,更好地实现了应变硬化和多缝开裂、裂纹细化的效果。
