According to the invention, the characteristics of good expansibility and toughness are realized; due to expansibility and toughness, the solidified set cement has the advantages of good impact resistance and high strength; through reasonable proportion, the cement paste has good retardance, the problem of ash squeezing of a low-fracture-pressure stratum is solved, the plugging effect is good, and the pressure test of a plugged well section can meet the design requirement after plug drilling.
