Novel environment-friendly plastering gypsum mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses novel environment-friendly plastering gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof. The novel environment-friendly plastering gypsum mortar is composed of diatomite, an anti-cracking agent, phosphogypsum, fly ash, ferric oxide, quicklime, a composite retarder, an antifoaming agent and the like. Waste fly ash and phosphogypsum are used as main materials, and waste materials are fully utilized. Directed at the characteristics of the used main materials, the fly ash contains a certain amount of active components like active silicon dioxide and active aluminum oxide; themain component of the diatomite is silicon dioxide; the active components react with calcium hydroxide generated by hydrolyzing quick lime to generate reaction products like hydrated calcium silicate,hydrated calcium aluminate or hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate, the strength performance is greatly enhanced, and under the action of a mineralizing agent composed of ferric oxide and calcium hydroxide, the liquid phase generation temperature in the clinker can be reduced, the liquid phase viscosity can be reduced, the ion diffusion rate can be increased, and the condensation reaction can be accelerated.
本发明公开了一种新型环保的抹灰石膏砂浆及其生产方法,由硅藻土份、抗裂剂份、磷石膏份、粉煤灰份、三氧化二铁份、生石灰份、复合缓凝剂份、消泡剂份等组分组成,本发明利用了废弃的粉煤灰和磷石膏作为了主要的材质,充分利用了废弃的材料。针对所使用的主材特点,粉煤灰存在着一定数量的活性二氧化硅、活性氧化铝等活性组分,而硅藻土的主要成分是二氧化硅,这些活性组分与生石灰水解产生的氢氧化钙反应生成水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙或水化硫铝酸钙等反应产物,极大加强其强度性能,在三氧化二铁于氢氧化钙构成的矿化剂作用下,可以降低熟料中液相生成温度和降低液相粘度,提高离子扩散速率,加速凝结反应。
