Zirconia ceramic block prepared by gel casting process and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a zirconia ceramic block prepared by a gel casting process and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding acrylamide and methylene bisacrylamide with the powder mass fraction of 1-5% into a hydrosolvent, and then adding a dispersing agent with the powder mass fraction of 0.2-2% to obtain a premixed solution; adjusting the pH value of the premixed solution to 9-11, and then adding nano zirconium oxide powder to enable the solid-phase volume fraction of the slurry to reach 50% or above; testing the viscosity of the slurryby using a rotary viscosity tester to obtain zirconium oxide stable suspension slurry with low viscosity and high solid phase ratio; sequentially adding 0.2vol%-1vol% of an initiator and 0.4vol%-1vol% of a catalyst into the stable suspension slurry, and stirring the initiator, the catalyst and the slurry to be uniform; injecting the prepared slurry into a prefabricated mold, and carrying out curing and demolding to obtain a wet blank; drying the wet blank to obtain a blank body; sintering the blank body to obtain the zirconia ceramic block. The method has the advantages of simple preparationprocess, good ceramic block compactness, few ceramic block defects, low ceramic block organic matter content, high hardness and strength, capability of machining, simple instruments required for preparation, low mold cost and the like.
本发明公开了一种凝胶注膜工艺制备的氧化锆瓷块及其制备方法,包括:向水溶剂中加入粉体质量分数1‑5%的丙烯酰胺与亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,再加入粉体质量分数0.2‑2%的分散剂得到预混液;调节所述预混液的pH值到9‑11,再加入纳米氧化锆粉使浆料固相体积分数达到50%以上;使用旋转粘度测试仪进行浆料粘度测试,获得低粘度高固相比的氧化锆稳定悬浮浆料;向稳定悬浮浆料中依次加入0.2vol%‑1vol%引发剂和0.4vol%‑1vol%催化剂并搅拌均匀;将制得的浆料注入到预制模具中,固化脱模获得湿坯;湿坯干燥后获得坯体;烧结获得氧化锆瓷块。本方法具有制备工艺简单、瓷块致密性好、瓷块缺陷少、瓷块有机物含量低、硬度和强度高可机械加工,且其制备所需仪器简单、模具成本低等优点。
