The invention provides a gel casting method of zirconia ceramic, which comprises the following steps: modifying acrylamide by using B grease, formaldehyde and the like to enhance the solid content ofthe slurry, and adding hydroquinone into the slurry to eliminate oxygen in the slurry, thereby eliminating oxygen inhibition in the green body. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the zirconia ceramic with the relative density higher than 99.5% can be prepared.
本发明提供了一种氧化锆陶瓷的凝胶注模成型方法:采用B脂和甲醛等对丙烯酰胺进行改性,从而提高浆料的固含量,通过在浆料中加入对苯二酚来消除其中的氧气,进而消除坯体内的氧阻聚。采用本发明的方法,可制备相对密度高于99.5%的氧化锆陶瓷。
