Preparation method of porous ceramic material for adjusting humidity
The invention relates to the field of preparation of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of a porous ceramic material capable of adjusting humidity. The porous ceramic material is prepared, and modified diatomite is added into the formula of the porous ceramic material, so that the material can play very good roles in purifying air and adjusting air humidity by utilizing theporosity and relatively high porosity of the modified diatomite. When the indoor humidity is high, pores of the material can be subjected to capillary agglutination, so that moisture in the air is absorbed, and the humidity in the environment is reduced; when the indoor humidity is low, moisture stored in the pores of the material is released through the pores, so that the concentration of water vapor in the air is increased, and the environment humidity is improved. According to the modified diatomite provided by the invention, impurities are removed after preliminary purification, and then the diatomite is coated with apatite after surface acidification, so that the obtained diatomite is stronger in water absorption capacity, can store more moisture and achieves a good effect of adjusting humidity.
本发明涉及建筑材料制备领域,具体关于一种调节湿度的多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法;本发明制备了多孔陶瓷材料并在其配方中添加一种改性硅藻土,利用改性硅藻土的的多孔性和较高的孔隙率使得材料能起到非常好的净化空气,调节空气湿度的作用。当室内湿度较大时,材料的孔隙可以发生毛细凝集现象,从而吸收空气内的水分,进而降低环境中的湿度;当室内的湿度较小时,储存在材料孔隙中的水分通过孔隙释放出来,从而提高空气中的水蒸汽浓度,从而提高环境的湿度。本发明提供的一种改性硅藻土,经过初步提纯后去除杂质,然后经过表面酸化后与磷灰石包覆,得到的硅藻土的吸水能力更强,能够储存更多的水分,达到很好的调节湿度的作用。
