The invention discloses a preparation method of an image cement product. The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing a picture to be imaged by using image software to obtain a pattern style; outputting ink to a printing medium according to the pattern style by using a printer; placing the printing medium printed with the pattern in a dry environment, and after the surface of the printing medium is dried in the air, fixing the printing medium in a forming mold of the image cement product, wherein the side printed with the patterns faces upwards; adjusting environment temperature and humidity, pouring a cement mixture on the side, printed with the pattern, of the mold, conducting maintaining for a certain period of time, removing the mold, and tearing off the printing medium. Aiming at defects in the prior art, the invention provides the image cement product preparation method with good imaging effect and high success rate.
本发明公开了一种图像水泥制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将所需成像的图片用图像软件进行处理得到图案样式；利用打印机将油墨按照图案样式输出到打印介质上；将印有图案的打印介质放在干燥的环境中，表面晾干后，将其固定在图像水泥制品的成型模具里，印有图案的一侧向上；调整环境温湿度，向模具中有印有图案的一侧上浇筑水泥混合物，养护一定时间后拆模撕除打印介质。本发明针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种成像效果好且成功率高的图像水泥制品的制备方法。
