The invention discloses an anti-mud amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting 6-dimethylamino-1-hexanol with methacryloyl chloride in an organic solvent to obtain a methacrylic acid-6-dimethylaminohexyl ester intermediate, adding the methacrylic acid-6-dimethylaminohexyl ester intermediate and a polymerization inhibitor into the organic solvent, adding a 1, 3-propane sultone dropwise-adding solution, reacting, and purifying to obtain an amphoteric monomer; mixing an unsaturated polyether macromonomer, an initiator, an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and an amphoteric monomer, reacting, and regulating the pH value to 6.5-7.5 to obtain the anti-mud amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Compared with a traditional anionic polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the mud-resistant functional monomer is introduced into the molecular structure of the prepared anti-mud amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the sensitivity of the water reducing agent to mud is reduced, the water reducing agent does not contain chloride ions, potential hazards caused by corrosion of the chloride ions to reinforced concrete can be eliminated, the preparation method is simple, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种抗泥型两性聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明是将6‑二甲氨基‑1‑己醇与甲基丙烯酰氯在有机溶剂中反应,得到甲基丙烯酸‑6‑二甲氨基己酯中间体,然后将其与阻聚剂加入有机溶剂中,加入1,3‑丙磺酸内酯滴加液,反应,纯化,得到两性单体;将不饱和聚醚大单体、引发剂、不饱和羧酸单体和两性单体混合,反应,调节pH值至6.5~7.5,得到抗泥型两性聚羧酸减水剂。本发明制备的抗泥型两性聚羧酸减水剂,与传统的阴离子型聚羧酸减水剂相比,在分子结构中引入了可抗泥的功能单体,降低了减水剂对泥土的敏感度,并且不含有氯离子,可以消除氯离子对钢筋混凝土的锈蚀所带来的潜在危害,制备方法较为简单,成本较低。
