Cross-linked amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a cross-linked amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the cross-linked amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, an amphoteric monomer and a cross-linking agent monomer in water to prepare a dropwise addingsolution A; dissolving reducing substances in a chain transfer agent and an initiator into water to prepare dropwise adding liquid B; dissolving an unsaturated polyether macromonomer and an oxide in an initiator in water, then heating to 50-70 DEG C, dropwise adding the dropwise adding liquid A and the dropwise adding liquid B, and after dropwise adding is completed, continuing to carry out a heat-preservation stirring reaction for 1-2 hours; and (2) after the reaction is finished, cooling to room temperature, and then adjusting the pH value to 6-8 to obtain the cross-linked amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The long-chain ester cross-linking agent is introduced into the molecular structure while the cationic monomer is introduced so that the long-chain ester cross-linking agentimproves the fluidity of cement over time, has good slow release performance and can be applied to the field of concrete additives.
本发明公开了一种交联型两性聚羧酸减水剂及制备方法与应用。该交联型两性聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将不饱和羧酸单体、两性单体和交联剂单体溶于水中,制得滴加液A;将链转移剂和引发剂中的还原物溶于水中,制得滴加液B;将不饱和聚醚大单体和引发剂中的氧化物溶于水中,然后升温至50℃~70℃,再向其滴加滴加液A和滴加液B,待滴加完后,继续保温搅拌反应1~2小时;(2)待反应结束后冷却至室温,然后调节pH值至6~8,得到所述的交联型两性聚羧酸减水剂。本发明在引入阳离子单体的同时,又在分子结构中引入了长链酯类交联剂,提高了水泥的经时流动度,具有良好的缓释性能,可应用于混凝土添加剂领域。
