The invention relates to a box girder bottom plate reinforcing structure which comprises an anchoring cross beam and an external prestress plate, wherein the length direction of the anchoring cross beam is parallel to the transverse direction of a box girder, the bottom of the anchoring cross beam is fixedly connected with the box girder bottom plate, and/or the two ends of the anchoring cross beam are fixedly connected with two box girder webs respectively, and the external prestress plate is anchored on the anchoring cross beam through anchor cable tensioning. In addition, the invention further relates to a box girder adopting the box girder bottom plate reinforcing structure, a box girder bridge adopting the box girder and a construction method of the box girder bottom plate reinforcingstructure. The anchoring cross beam is arranged in the box chamber, the structural integrity of the box girder and the transverse rigidity of the bottom plate of the box girder can be improved, the anchoring cross beam is longitudinally perpendicular to the bottom plate, and longitudinal cracks of the bottom plate can be restrained from happening and expanding; by arranging the external prestressed plate, the external prestressed plate is tensioned and anchored on the anchoring cross beam through the anchor cable, transverse prepressing stress can be provided for the bottom plate, and occurrence and expansion of longitudinal cracks of the bottom plate can be reduced and restrained.
