Reinforcing method of hollow plate girder bridge
The invention relates to a reinforcing method of a hollow plate girder bridge. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that an original pavement layer on a hollow plate and original concrete in a hinge joint are dismantled; a hinge joint bottom die and hinge joint reinforcing ribs are installed, one part of each hinge joint reinforcing rib is located in the hinge joint, the other partof each hinge joint reinforcing rib is located above the hinge joint, and concrete is poured into the hinge joints to form hinge joint concrete; a first connecting piece is arranged between every twoadjacent hollow plates, and the two ends of the first connecting piece are implanted into the two corresponding adjacent hollow plates respectively; a reinforcing mesh is arranged on the hollow plate, and the reinforcing mesh is bound with the first connecting piece; the concrete is poured on the hollow plates to cover portions, located above the hinge joints, of the reinforcing mesh, the first connecting piece and the hinge joint reinforcing ribs, and a concrete pavement layer is formed; and an asphalt pavement layer is paved on the concrete pavement layer. Reinforcing quality can be guaranteed, maintenance difficulty and cost are reduced, and meanwhile problems that a structural appearance is affected by reinforcing the hinge joints through a bonding steel plate, and the steel plate needs to be maintained in a later period are solved.
