Novel prestressed steel anchor bearing plate and processing method thereof
The invention discloses a novel prestressed steel anchor bearing plate, which comprises a bottom plate, an extension cylinder and a grouting nozzle, wherein a circle of outer reinforcing protrusions are formed at the upper end of the extension cylinder in a lateral extrusion mode, and a circle of inner limiting grooves are formed in the outer reinforcing protrusions. The invention further discloses a processing method of the novel prestressed steel anchor bearing plate, which comprises the following steps: of cutting a steel pipe blank required by the extension cylinder and the grouting nozzle, cutting a grouting hole in the side wall of the lower end of the extension cylinder blank, and stamping the bottom plate blank at one time to form a mounting hole, an arc-shaped notch and a centralhole,placing the extension cylinder blank on an inner limiting groove forming machine to be subjected to lateral extrusion forming to obtain a circle of inner limiting grooves and a circle of outer reinforcing protrusionsformed at the upper end of the extension cylinder at the same time,and finally, splicing the extension cylinder, the grouting nozzle and the bottom plate and then conducting welding and forming. The problems that a gap exists between an existing extension cylinder and a corrugated pipe, eccentricity of the corrugated pipe and a steel strand in the corrugated pipe is caused, and slurry leakage is caused in the grouting operation are solved.
本发明公开了一种新型预应力钢制锚垫板,包括底板、延长筒以及灌浆嘴,延长筒上端侧向挤压成型有一圈外加强凸起,且外加强凸起内部形成有一圈内限位槽,还公开了一种新型预应力钢制锚垫板的加工方法,包括切割延长筒和灌浆嘴所需的钢管毛坯,并将延长筒毛坯件下端侧壁切割出灌浆孔,将底板毛坯件一次性冲压形成安装孔、弧形缺口以及中心孔;将延长筒毛坯件置于内限位槽成型机上进行侧向挤压成型,从而使得延长筒上端同时形成一圈内限位槽和外加强凸起;最后将延长筒、灌浆嘴以及底板拼接后焊接成型。本发明解决了目前的延长筒与波纹管之间存在空隙,会造成波纹管和其中的钢绞线偏心的问题,还会造成灌浆操作中的漏浆问题。
