The high-strength prestressed steel anchor bearing plate comprises a machining mechanism and an anchor bearing plate body, the machining mechanism comprises a machining table, machining supporting plates are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the top of the machining table, an adjusting housing is fixed to the tops of the two machining supporting plates, a servo motor is arranged at the top of the side wall of an inner cavity of the adjusting housing, a driving rotating wheel is arranged at the output end of the servo motor through a coupler, connecting rotating rods penetrate through the side walls of the two ends of the bottom of the adjusting housing in a rotating mode, the portions, located in the inner cavity of the adjusting housing, of the two groups of connecting rotating rods are sleeved with the driving rotating wheel and a driven rotating wheel correspondingly, the driving rotating wheel and the driven rotating wheel are mutually connected in a sleeved mode through a connecting rotating belt, rotating lead screws are fixedly arranged at the positions, located below the adjusting housing, of the bottoms of the two groups of connecting rotating rods, and the outer walls of the two groups of rotating lead screws are sleeved with lifting sliding sleeves in a threaded connection mode. According to the high-strength prestressed steel anchor bearing plate, the two groups of lifting sliding sleeves drive an upper mold pressing base at the bottom to move downwards, the upper mold pressing base and a lower mold pressing base are matched with each other to conduct compression moulding on the anchor bearing plate body, and the anchor bearing plate body is prevented from moving towards the outer side in the compression molding process.
