The invention discloses a method for arranging a seepage water collecting pit in a basement bottom plate, which relates to underground engineering, in particular to the technical field of basement internal waterproofing and drainage. Water collecting wells are arranged on bottom plates of underground engineering, accumulated water is pumped out through a submersible pump, a structural water collecting well cannot be built in a civil defense area in a basement, a villa basement or other basements with small areas, the submersible pump is arranged, and therefore leaked water cannot be collectedand drained, and the indoor moisture phenomenon is increased. When the structure bottom plate is constructed, wood blocks are pre-buried in the surface of concrete or then a seepage water collecting pit is cut in the surface of the structure, a water diversion groove is cut in the surface plane of the structure, then concrete is poured to form a hollow concrete surface layer, and an openable coverplate is arranged at the position of the water collecting pit, so that accumulated water in the water collecting pit can be removed.
