Steel-concrete combined pier mounting operation platform and assembling method thereof
The invention discloses a steel-concrete combined pier mounting operation platform and an assembling method thereof. The steel-concrete combined pier mounting operation platform comprises two frames,hanging rods and springboards. The two frames are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the concrete pier column respectively, the two frames are connected through the at least two hanging rods,and the springboards are laid on the frames to form the operation platform together. The assembling method comprises the following steps that 1, angle steel is adopted to be welded into a frame matched with the concrete pier stud; 2, the frames are hoisted to the two sides of the concrete pier stud, a U-shaped hoisting rod is arranged on the top of the concrete pier stud in a straddling mode, andthe U-shaped hoisting rod and the frames are installed and fixed; 3, the two frames are fixed through pull rods along the side faces of the concrete pier column; and 4, the springboards are laid alongthe frames. The platform is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design, convenient to use and capable of effectively improving the steel pier installation efficiency and installation precision of the steel-concrete combined pier in suspension type rail transit engineering.
本发明公开了一种钢混组合墩安装操作平台及其组装方法。钢混组合墩安装操作平台包括框架、吊杆、以及跳板,框架有两个,两个框架分列于混凝土墩柱两相对的侧面,两个框架通过至少两根吊杆相连接,跳板铺设于框架上共同形成操作平台。其组装方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、采用角钢焊接成与混凝土墩柱相适配的框架;步骤2、将框架吊装至混凝土墩柱两侧,并将U型吊杆骑跨于混凝土墩柱顶部,将U型吊杆与框架安装固定;步骤3、沿混凝土墩柱侧面采用拉杆固定两框架;步骤4、沿框架铺设跳板即可。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,可以有效提高悬挂式轨道交通工程中钢混组合墩的钢墩安装效率及安装精度。
