According to the technical scheme, the arrangement structure applicable to steel plate lining bottom contact grouting is characterized in that, a plurality of grouting mechanisms are evenly arranged at the bottom of a steel plate lining; each grouting mechanism comprises a grout inlet pipe and a plurality of grout outlet mechanisms; the grout inlet pipes are arranged along the axial direction of the steel plate lining; the grout outlet mechanisms are connected with the grout inlet pipes and are positioned at the upstream and downstream of stiffening rings on the bottom of the steel plate lining; and air exhausting and grout return pipes are arrangedalong the axial direction of the bottom of the steel plate lining. The structure and the method are applicable to hydraulic engineering projects and hydroelectric projects.
