Building foundation reinforcing method
The invention relates to a building foundation reinforcing method. The building foundation reinforcing method mainly comprises the following steps of ground pit digging, drilling in pits, ground tamping, steel bar filling, cement pouring and foundation reinforcing. A foundation reinforcing device comprises a fixing sleeve part and a stirring sleeve part, the fixing sleeve part is installed on theground, and the stirring sleeve part is arranged in the fixing sleeve part. The building foundation reinforcing method can solve the following problems existing when foundation reinforcing treatment is conducted on an existing building foundation: a, when cement is poured into the existing foundation, due to the fact that the poured cement is not stirred evenly, a large amount of blocky lime exists in the cement, then a large amount of air exists in a cement column after pouring shaping, thus a cavity is formed, the foundation strength is affected, and certain potential safety hazards exist; and b, before cement pouring is conducted on the existing foundation, a steel bar frame is often inserted into a pit hole, wherein when cement pouring is conducted, the phenomenon that the steel bar frame is inclined due to collision often occurs, and thus the engineering quality is affected.
本发明涉及一种建筑地基基础加固方法,主要包括以下步骤:地面挖坑、坑内钻孔、地面夯实、填放钢筋、浇筑水泥和地基加固,地基基础加固装置包括固定套件和搅动套件,固定套件安装在地面上,固定条件内部设置有搅动套件,本发明可以解决现有的建筑地基在进行地基加固处理时存在的以下问题:a:现有的地基在浇筑水泥时,常因为浇筑的水泥没有搅拌均匀,水泥中存在大量块状石灰,进而在浇筑定形后水泥柱中存在大量空气,从而形成空腔,进而影响地基强度,存再着一定的安全隐患;b:现有的地基在浇筑水泥之前,常会将钢筋架插入至坑洞中,其中在浇筑水泥时,常会因碰撞导致钢筋架倾斜的现象发生,从而影响工程质量。
