The method comprises the following steps that S1, building waste is collected, specifically, the building waste of a construction site is collected and classified; s2, crushing treatment: performing crushing treatment on the classified building wastes, and performing sieving treatment after crushing to obtain a mixture; s3, stirring treatment: adding an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber net and an adhesive into the mixture, stirring the mixture by using a stirrer, and then adding yellow sand, cement and clear water in proportion to form concrete; s4, ground pit digging is conducted, specifically, pit digging treatment is conducted on the ground through an excavator, and pits are formed; s5, steel bars are placed, wherein the steel bars are placed in the pits; and S6, concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, the concrete in the S3 is poured into the pit hole. Waste materials of a construction site can be utilized and processed to obtain concrete for use, so that the waste can be utilized, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
