Shear wall structural member for underground diaphragm wall and construction method
The invention discloses a shear wall structural member for an underground diaphragm wall and a construction method. The shear wall structural member comprises linear, L-shaped, T-shaped and cross-shaped member bodies. According to different positions, the member bodies of different forms are selected and arranged to form a discontinuous outline of the diaphragm wall. Post-cast members are arrangedbetween continuous wall members poured in a framing mode, and at the moment, straight thread connectors connected with steel bars of the post-cast members are reserved for the continuous wall members. Firstly, an underground diaphragm wall vertical structural member is constructed, and main body structure laminate is formed at the top of the diaphragm wall through pouring. After the strength of the main body structure laminate reaches a certain strength, a main body structure is constructed synchronously up and down, and over-ground forward construction and underground layer-by-layer construction are synchronously performed and do not affect each other. When underground reverse construction is performed to a foundation bottom elevation, a bottom plate is closed, and a permanent underground structural system is formed. The technical problems that a vertical temporary supporting system of the reverse construction method is limited in bearing capacity, the engineering waste amount is large and the work efficiency is low can be solved.
本发明公开了一种地下连续墙的剪力墙结构构件及施工方法,包括一字型、L字型、T字型、十字型的单元构件形式,按所在位置的不同,选择对应不同形式的单元构件,排列成连续墙的非连续轮廓;对于分幅浇筑的连续墙构件之间设置后浇构件,此时连续墙构件预留后浇构件钢筋连接的直螺纹接头。先施工地下连续墙竖向结构构件,在连续墙顶浇筑主体结构层板,当主体结构层板强度达到一定强度以后开始上下同步施工主体结构,地上顺做,地下逐层逆作,上下同步推进,互不影响,待地下逆作施工至基础底标高后封闭底板,形成永久地下结构体系。本发明可以解决逆作法竖向临时支撑体系承载能力受限、工程废弃量较大,工效不高等技术问题。
