The invention discloses a prestressed anchor rod pile for reinforcing a foundation through a jet grouting pile, powder spraying pile or stirring pile. The prestressed anchor rod pile is characterizedby involving a soft soil layer foundation comprising, but not being limited to soil layers such as sludge, mucky soil, flow plastic, soft plastic or plastic cohesive soil, plain fill, silt, sandy soil, biological soil and gravel soil, which is improved through the jet grouting pile, powder spraying pile or stirring pile, and a construction hole or directly drilled hole formed in a pile core of thejet grouting pile, powder spraying pile or stirring pile or in a lap joint position of the piles, wherein a composite anchor rod pile or pressure-bearing pile with steel bar main steel bars and a steel bar cage as a framework and cement mortar or poured concrete as a pile body is arranged in the hole, main steel bars of the steel bar cage framework and the anchor rod pile body are pre-tensioned or post-tensioned prestressed steel bars.
