Anchor rod with steel plate and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an anchor rod, specifically to an anchor rod with a steel plate and a construction method thereof. The anchor rod with the steel plate comprises a deformed steel bar, a lock head and a backing plate; the deformed steel bar and the lock head are fixed to each other through a locating pin; the backing plate sleeves the deformed steel bar; an anchor hole is formed in the steel plate; the lock head and the backing plate are fixed on the deformed steel bar; and the anchor hole penetrating through the steel plate is fixed to the steel plate. The construction method comprisesthe following steps of firstly, paying off according to a construction drawing to determine the position of the anchor rod first, secondly, horizontally laying the steel plate on a foundation pit slope protection face; and then enabling the deformed steel bar with the lock head and the backing plate to penetrate through the anchor hole to be fixed to the steel plate; and inserting one end of thedeformed steel bar into 42.5 grade common portland cement on the foundation pit slope protection face. The construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
