ANCHOR, ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION TOOL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by enabling work for fixing an anchor to a lower hole on a ceiling slab and fitting a hanging bolt in drooping state to be carried out as a series of work.SOLUTION: A construction method of an anchor 1 comprises: a first process to fit a tip of a hanging bolt 9 to a long nut 50 of the anchor 1; a second process to insert the other tip of the hanging bolt 9 in the anchor construction tool 2 and engage a breaking nut 53 with an engaging part 71; a third process to insert a fixing part 3 of the anchor 1 into the lower hole on the ceiling slab; a fourth process to fix the fixing part 3 of the anchor 1 to the lower hole by rotating the long nut 50 by rotating the anchor construction tool 2 in a predetermined direction; a fifth process to break a break part 54 by continuing to rotate the anchor construction tool 2; a sixth process to continue the rotation of the anchor construction tool 2 even after the break part 54 breaks and connect the break nut 53 to the long nut 50; and a seventh process to pull out the anchor construction tool 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】天井スラブの下孔にアンカーを固定して吊りボルトを垂下状態に取り付ける作業を一連の作業として行えるようにして作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】アンカー1の施工方法は、アンカー1のロングナット50に吊りボルト9の先端を装着する第1工程と、吊りボルト9の他端をアンカー施工具2の内側に挿入し、破断ナット53を係合部71に係合させる第2工程と、天井スラブの下孔にアンカー1の固定部3を挿入する第3工程と、アンカー施工具2を所定方向に回転させることにより、ロングナット50を回転させてアンカー1の固定部3を下孔に固定する第4工程と、アンカー施工具2の回転を継続させて破断部54を破断させる第5工程と、破断部54が破断した後にもアンカー施工具2の回転を継続させ、破断ナット53をロングナット50に接合させる第6工程と、アンカー施工具2を引き抜く第7工程と、を有する。【選択図】図3
