The invention provides a concrete pouring machine for a bottom plate parapet. The concrete pouring machine comprises a feeding part, a material distributing part and a lifting part, wherein the feeding part is used for containing the concrete and distributing the concrete of the feeding part to a construction segment through the material distributing part; the lifting part is used for lifting a second discharging pipe in the presence of a construction face with a slope or step in a concrete pouring process, so that the construction quality of the construction face is improved, and a situationthat the construction face is scratched when a second discharging pipe encounters obstacles such as steps, slopes and the like is reduced; the construction number of workers can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the situations that the concrete is splashed in a process of conventionally manually controlling a concrete pump truck conveying pipe to pour the concrete and the larger damage to thesurface of a bottom plate parapet mold is caused by the huge impact force generated when the concrete rushes out from a pump truck discharging pipe mouth are reduced.
