Automatic slurry feeding system
The invention discloses an automatic slurry feeding system. The automatic slurry feeding system comprises a system frame used for installing and accommodating all working units of the system and a control room arranged in the system frame, and a main control unit used for controlling all the working units to work cooperatively and a wireless signal receiving and sending module used for receiving and sending instructions are installed in the control room. The working units specifically comprise a pulp inlet unit, a pulp storage unit, a pulp feeding unit and a flushing unit. The device is compact in structural design, various devices and sensors are integrated, and the full-automatic slurry feeding process is achieved. A modern sensor technology is utilized, devices such as a density sensor,an ultrasonic liquid level detector and a flowmeter are integrated, and unified control is carried out through a PLC program so as to meet various functions of the automatic slurry feeding system.
