The invention discloses an integrated automatic slurry preparation system which is used for configuring a raw slurry prepared from a slurry preparation station according to actual grouting slurry density requirements and outputting the slurry with the specified density for grouting, and comprises a slurry blending and conveying mechanism, a main control unit used for controlling slurry blending and conveying, and a wireless information receiving and transmitting module connected with the main control unit and used for receiving and transmitting instructions, the slurry blending and conveying mechanism is composed of a slurry feeding unit, a slurry blending unit, a grouting unit, a slurry returning unit and a stirring unit which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The slurry preparation system provided by the invention can completely replace manual operation for slurry preparation, and the efficiency is higher; a weighing sensor and a flow meter are used for carrying out double dosages on each path of slurry and clear water, so that the slurry feeding accuracy of slurry preparation is ensured, and the final grouting quality can be implemented according to a preset construction plan.
