The invention discloses a construction method and a structure of a soft soil foundation asphalt concrete cushion. The method includes the steps that digging is conducted below the asphalt concrete cushion by a certain depth according to a design requirement, grooves distributed in a #-shaped grid shape are dug in a pure soil foundation, the grooves are filled with sea sand to form water discharging strengthening belts, and the water discharging strengthening belts communicate with a water collecting well; a layer of curing mixing material is laid on the pure soil foundation; geotechnical clothis laid on the curing mixing material, meanwhile, a layer of curing mixing material is laid on the geotechnical cloth again, and the upper layer of curing mixing material and the lower layer of curing mixing material of the geotechnical cloth are cured into a geotechnical cloth composite layer when meeting water and damp soil; a gravel cushion is laid on the upper layer of curing mixing material;and the asphalt concrete cushion is laid on the gravel cushion. By means of the construction method and the structure of the soft foundation asphalt concrete cushion, the bearing force of foundationsoil is improved, water in the foundation can be effectively isolated, the dry construction condition of the asphalt concrete cushion is ensured, and therefore the anti-corrosion and anti-seeping capability of the underground foundation is improved.
本发明公开了一种软土地基沥青砼垫层的施工方法及结构,方法包括按设计要求下挖至沥青砼垫层以下一定深度,在素土地基上开挖井字网格分布的沟槽,在沟槽内填满海沙形成排水加强带,排水加强带与集水井连通;在素土地基上铺设一层固化混合料;在固化混合料上铺设土工布,同时再在土工布上铺设一层固化混合料,土工布的上下两层固化混合料遇水和潮湿土时固化形成土工布复合层;在上层的固化混合料上铺设碎石垫层;在碎石垫层上铺设沥青砼垫层。本发明增强了地基土承载力,能有效隔离地基土中水分,保证沥青砼垫层干燥的施工条件,进而增强了地下基础的防腐蚀、抗渗能力。
